[gradsusr] Plotting .txt data in GrADS

Hello Neha!

You can use this command "set fwrite" to generate a
txt file
http://www.iges.org/grads/gadoc/gradcomdsetfwrite.html
http://www.iges.org/grads/gadoc/gradcomdqfwrite.html
