[gradsusr] Help in execution of GrADS script on remote data

Hi All,
I have GrADS installed on a system and meteorological data in grib format placed on other database server system. If I place data locally it works fine but it can not read data from database server. I have tried to map virtual drive on the local system to access remote data but still could not execute GrADS scripts.
Can anyone help me in this regard?
