[gradsusr] export variable to a text file

Hi All,

I am using this script to extract data in ascii:

...
i=1
while (i<744)
'set t 'i''
'set gxout print'
'set prnopts %10.2f 17 1'
'd 'var''

ascii = result
asciifile = var.txt
numbers = sublin(result,2)
rc=write(asciifile,numbers,append)
i=i+1
endwhile
...

I am interested to export many variables like u10,v10,t2,rh2,swd,rainc
etc at a given point in this format:

temp          dewpoint         pressure   ...    var4
...........................................................
..                              ....               ......
..                              ....               ......

For a specified period and specific location (lat lon)

Any help greatly appreciated
