[gradsusr] Parameter for Built-up areas

Good day!

I hope you may refer me to some published materials or some studies that can be used for the Built up parameters. I am currently doing a research on the effect of land cover change on climate using RegCM3 and there's no built up in the land use domain. I hope you can help me.
