[gradsusr] gxout countour vs shade2 - no perfect overlap

Hi,

I'm plotting a parameter first with gxout shade2 and then I plot over it
with contour to make some borders better visible. That's how it looks like:

Trouble is, the contour plot does not perfectly overlap with the shade2
plot. The contour plot seems overall smoother while the shade2 plot
seems a bit edgy. Do they use different algorithms for interpolation?
