[gradsusr] NetCDF library

Hi - Slightly off topic question here but I need help and don't know where else to turn:

I'm trying to compile read software in Windows that requires NetCDF Library version 3.6.2.

Does anyone have the NetCDF library version 3.6.2 compiled for MS Windows?
