[gradsusr] Grads cannot open MERRA HDF file

Choose the "Start yr" 1979, Jan,1
"End yr", 1979, Jan,1.
PS = Surface pressure

And at the very bottom of the page, "Select Format:" HDF

Leaving everything else default.

Basically, just download one day  surface pressure data (you may choose any day, not necessary 1979, Jan, 1).

Like what I said in the previous post, if the file format is netcdf, there is no problem. But grads cannot recognize the hdf format.

Also, I know one of my friend can plot this hdf file with no problem. So I am thinking OS or grads may have something to do with it. My OS is : Ubuntu 11.01, and Grads is: 2.0a9.
