Leaving everything else default.<br>

Basically, just download one day surface pressure data (you may choose any day, not necessary 1979, Jan, 1).<br>
<br>
Like what I said in the previous post, if the file format is netcdf, there is no problem. But grads cannot recognize the hdf format.<br>
<br>
Also, I know one of my friend can plot this hdf file with no problem. So I am thinking OS or grads may have something to do with it. My OS is : Ubuntu 11.01, and Grads is: 2.0a9.<br>
