[gradsusr] Opengrads in Windows 7

Dear All,
I think Internet connection might be one reason for Opengrads to start. I
just want to share that for my case, I use:
Windows Vista SP2 32 bit OS
Opengrads 2.0.a9.oga.1
If I turn on Internet access: GrADS works perfectly
If I turn off Internet access: Error in GXSTRT: Unable to connect to X
server
