[gradsusr] using g2grb and changing the

Tom,

  You are right, the template files contain the default values.  You can
change
the octets of grib2 files by:

   wgrib2 TEMPLATE -set_byte 1 6 "0:64" -set_byte 4 11 196 -grib
NEW_TEMPLATE
