[gradsusr] error of reading BUFR data

Hi,Grads user, when I used the Grads software to read QuikSCAT BUFR data which is in the attachment, the errors are as follows,
 
   Corrupt message:2954 extra butes in data section
   Corrupt message:2810 extra butes in data section
   Corrupt message:2826 extra butes in data section
 
here is the CTL file,
