[gradsusr] remove value over 100 in legend

label your cbar with numbers 10 to 90 only.
You will get just one color for all values below 10 
and another for all values above 90. 
Perhaps you don't really want a new colour for all values matching 100%
exactly in your chart?

Instead of cbarn, you could specify the background color for the portion
over 100, then use cbar if you don't need the tapered ends.  That way
the "100" will still plot as the end number.
