You come to this web and download grads on linux
http://sourceforge.net/projects/opengrads/files/grads2/2.0.a9.oga.1/
and then you extract and copy all director into /opt/opengrads/
export environmental variable in bash file
export PATH=/opt/opengrads:$PATH
it is ok
