[gradsusr] Incorrect Winds from NCEP NAM file

Hi Everyone,

Thanks very much for your comments.  Changing the lccr to lcc does seem 
to fix the problem for now, and I can easily work around that in my 
scripts until the issue with the grib files is worked out.  Wesley, I 
got these files from the real time NOMADS site at 
http://nomads.ncep.noaa.gov/ using the grib filter for the "NAM North 
America" option.  Thanks again for your help.
