[gradsusr] set tlsupp month

Hi all,

Isn't 'set tlsupp month' supposed to suppress only the month and year?
I'm just testing stuff and when I issue 'set tlsupp month', also the day
is suppressed. How would I get only the day of month?

Using grads 2.0.0.
