[gradsusr] installing GrADS on Ubuntu 10.4

  +  The rule of your installation is true, But you have to choose suitable
type of grads in order to run.
  + The best way you should download each of grads at website into personal
computer and then try each of them by entering *grads* file. If anyone of
them can normally run without any errors. It mean you can choose that one
for installation
