[gradsusr] extract variable

Dear Muyin,
If your data is in netcdf format, you can do your job using CDO. It is easy
to use.
cdo -r sellonlatbox,lon1,lon2,lat1,lat2 ifile ofile(for select a box from
domain)
cdo -r mergetime ifile ofile(for merge your output data)
