Dear Muyin,
If your data is in netcdf format, you can do your job using CDO. It is easy to use.
cdo -r sellonlatbox,lon1,lon2,lat1,lat2 ifile ofile(for select a box from domain)
cdo -r mergetime ifile ofile(for merge your output data)
Dear Grads Users:
I have a 40 year daily file from model outputs. Now I need to extract
variables for limited domain from the file, and connect them into a
single 40 year NetCDF file.
Does any one know the trick to do this? T
Thank you very much!
