[gradsusr] bufrscan and accessing table C

Hi fellow grads users,
I'm hoping someone can help me. I have been decoding BUFR files of  
wind profiler stations. With a little bit of tweeking I have got table  
b (B3M-000-003-B) to decode all of my surface, wind and rass files. My  
moments files, though, keep giving me messages like:

warning: ignoring unsupported operator F=2 X=2 Y=130
warning: ignoring unsupported operator F=2 X=2 Y=0
warning: ignoring unsupported operator F=2 X=1 Y=0
warning: can't read 40-bit data value; max is 32
warning: ignoring unsupported operator F=2 X=1 Y=132
warning: ignoring unsupported operator F=2 X=2 Y=130
warning: ignoring unsupported operator F=2 X=2 Y=0
warning: ignoring unsupported operator F=2 X=1 Y=0
warning: can't read 40-bit data value; max is 32

I contacted the WMO and I was told that the BUFR file needs to access  
table C. I'm unclear how GRADS has integrated this table. Can any one  
tell me?
