Hi,

I have a problem with grads version 2.0.a8.
I have to display GRIB2 files from model GFS, so I create a descriptor
file using g2ctl.
But when I apply gribmap :
> *gribmap -e -v -i "/var/test03.ctl"*
> Open Error: Data file type invalid
> --> The invalid description file record is:
>   --> dtype grib2
> The data file was not opened.
Grads was installed with Debian repository "apt-get install grads". Can
you help me ?
I've tried to compile Grads but :
> Checking in system locations for grib2 libraries ...
> checking grib2.h usability... no
> checking grib2.h presence... no
> checking for grib2.h... no

I don't know how enable GRIB2 librairies, but I've installed wgrib2.

Sorry for my bad English,
Thanks,

Frederic
