[gradsusr] merge files

HI Djordje

this is the way in linux OS (I do not know how it is in windows OS!)
for example, if you want to merge 31.nc, 32.nc, 33.nc, 34.nc, 35.nc, and
want to create a file, like 70.nc, you can use these commands:
ncrcat 31.nc 32.nc 33.nc 34.nc 35.nc 70.nc
or
ncrcat 3[12345].nc 70.nc
