[gradsusr] error message opening plotting on grads on pc machine

thank you very much for the reply! i installed an older version of grads-1.8
(yeah i know...) and there are these known 'setting path' issues...

i found the new one at http://opengrads.org/doc/win32-v1/ and was super
pleased that everything, including x-window, has been taken care of...
