[gradsusr] PyGrADS cannot open NetCDF files

Oh , Thanks for your suggestion.

     I've found that the udunits version is 2.0 which was installed 
through the
Ubuntu software pool.  The GrADS was also installed through that.

     So that when open nc file in that grads version  like:

ga->  sdfopen slp_djf.nc

      will also produce that error.


       Now I  have installed a new grads version download from 
OpenGrADS.org,
and the problem solved.
