[gradsusr] SDF file has no discernable X coordinate

Sudev:

The "XDEF" line has to contain the same x-coordinate name, or what
you want to use as the x-coordinate name, as in the netcdf file.  There is
an explanation and example at 
http://www.iges.org/grads/gadoc/gadocindex.html
under 'xdfopen'.
