[gradsusr] grib2 gfs files and g2gdf.pl

Ted,
Version 1.9 does not read grib2 files. You need version 2.0. I don't  
know anything about g2gdf.pl, but you may find some useful information  
in the documentation on handling GRIB in GrADS http://grads.iges.org/grads/gadoc/grib.html
