[gradsusr] Grads v2.0.a8 no printim command + and a question

Without X, you can't open a display window, get a screen shot, or a  
window dump. Without printim, you can't generate an image from the  
metafile buffer, so there's not a whole lot you can do to get image  
output. Maybe you can use 'print' to write out a metafile and use gxps  
and then some other utility to convert the postscript to an image.  
Whoever installed GrADS on your system probably built it without any  
of the supplibs to enable the features you need. Take a look at  
http:///iges.org/grads/gadoc/supplibs.html.
