[gradsusr] problem in setting time series under while loop

Deal all can any one help me out by correcting the error, i want to plot three display in one , like period of wave, direction of wavt and temperature with diffrent time serious, i made the script but doing some error, can any correct the script 
as the script follows:

want to plot th time series and the validiyt should come dynamically
