[gradsusr] gribmap not working with grib2 ice

I see. From the NCEP docs it looks like this template needs an extra
grib2 code in the units field to be unique: the statistical process
(code table 4.10) AND the type of spatial processing used (code table
4.15). Where can I get a data sample?
