[gradsusr] WebGrADS - a cloud based version of GrADS in your browser

Hi all,

I am writing to inform the community of a demo of a product I have been
working on, entitled WebGrADS. WebGrADS is an online web-based version of
GrADS 2 that runs in your browser. It is backed by the cloud, and allows
access to OPeNDAP and GDS data through your browser. With the exception of
the ability to write files and execute native shell commands, you can use it
the same way as you do on your home computer.

To access it, point your browser towards:
    http://webgrads.me

The purpose of this demo is to gauge interest and acquire feedback, so
please feel free to leave comments, questions, and suggestions in this
thread, or email them to me personally at ddasilva at umd.edu. I appreciate all
forms of feedback!
WebGrADS is part of the OpenGrADS project, and keeping with the open source
tradition, the full source is available under the GPL at
http://code.google.com/p/gaweb/. Bug reports can also be filed at the Google
Code project site, if you are so inclined.
