[gradsusr] problems viewing files on grads

You are using a (very old) build of GrADS that is linked with a new  
version of the udunits which will not work with GrADS (obviously).  
This build and the version 2.0 build you mention that has the same  
problem should not be circulating -- if you or someone in your  
organization built it from source, please ask them to remove this  
build and relink with udunits-1.11.7. Complete guidance for building
