[gradsusr] ***SPAM2*** CDO ctl file binary to netcdf

Dear Takaya Namba,
I don't know exactly how to solve your problem, but I would try two things:
1) put the option "r" in the CDO command:
    cdo -r -f nc import_binary hst-ok.ctl teste-3.nc
2) Run the same CDO command in a computer with another operational
system. Once I had some problems with CDO commands because it had not
installed the libraries correctly.
