[gradsusr] CDO ctl file binary to netcdf

Dear Sir
I use   CDO version 1.4.0.1 and grads v2.0.a9 under mac os x 10.6.4.I tried to convert "ctl" file binary to netcdf.
 cdo -f nc import_binary hst-ok.ctl test-3.nc
but error comes like
The calendar is NOW STANDARD and you attempted to open a 365-day calendar file  The data file was not opened. 
cdo import_binary (Abort): Open failed!
Then I remeved the part of  "365_day_calendar" in the "options" of the hst-ok.ctl.but another error comes like
cdo import_binary (Abort): Number of levels differ!
I could read the binary file by Grads with "ctl" file without any problem.
Could you tell me how to solve this problem?
