[gradsusr] Scripts that used to work failing

I have a number of scripts (that have previously worked fine) stopping mid
way
Through with no error messages (some times unknown variables but more often
not).

I have been using the nomad server.

Grads opengrads distro 2.0.9a.1

Any tips as to my problem?
