[gradsusr] Grads 2.0.9 error

This is a bug that has been fixed for the next release. The problem  
was that the subroutime gxqdrgb() needed to be moved from gxhpng.c to  
gxX.c. It will compile as is if you enable the printim command, which  
needs zlib, libpng, libjpeg, and libgd. Also, you need to add -lrt to  
the list of libraries to link with, that will fix the undefined  
reference to clock_gettime. Please have a look at http://iges.org/grads/gadoc/supplibs.html
