[gradsusr] Zulu label on time axis

Sytske,
You'll have to manually override the time axis (which I assume is the X-axis
in your case) using the 'set xlevs' command.  For example:

'set xlabs 12:00 LT | 1:00 LT | 2:00 LT | ... | 23:00 LT'
