[gradsusr] Zulu label on time axis

All,

I posted a message a week or so ago with a question regarding the automatic Z labels
that appear on a time axis in GrADS. Unfortunately, I heard nothing back. I assume 
something can be set in the control file to produce labels for a different standard time or perhaps without the Z. I played around with it, but could not get it to work. Any suggestions?
