[gradsusr] traj.gs modified for 3d

Hi Jean,
I did just that a few months ago.  I've attached the modified traj.gs script
with some comments.  The script is designed to work with .ctl and .dat files
that have been created using ARWpost as well as for data files that use
pressure as a vertical coordinate.  However, I think I made it work for a
more general data structure.  You might want to look through the code and
make any necessary changes.
