[gradsusr] problem in plotting NARR montly 2m air temperature

hi,
  i have a problem in plotting NARR montly data, the ctl file is as follows:
    
DSET air.2m.mon.mean.nc
DTYPE netcdf
TITLE NARR 3D field lambert conformal projection
UNDEF 32767
UNPACK scale_factor add_offset
PDEF 349 277 lcc 1 -145.5 1 1 50 50 -107 32463 32463
XDEF 205 linear 150 1

but when i open it in grads, the figure is wierd, the plot is attached.
can you point out the error in this ctl file?
