[gradsusr] Blanking Grads plot

Dear users, 

Is there a way to blank out a Grads plot such that the contours or the 
shading does not spill outside the desired domain (Say within a country boundary). I have seen some Grads plots with this feature.
Put in another way, is it possible to generate a boundary file is Grads to mask out areas
 outside a desired domain ( like in basemap script used to mask out land or oceans)?
