[gradsusr] GRADS output to text file

Hi!

Here's the trouble - while using version 2.0.a9 I'm not able to write to a 
file this way:

grads -lbc "DumpGrib.gs" > myfile.txt

Inside DumpGrib.gs is:

say lon','lat','time','temp

It all worked fine with version 1.xx
