[gradsusr] more dilute than "set strmden 1" in streamline density

The streamline code is under review; we have noticed some problems  
when drawing streamlines based on high-res grids. If 'set strmden 1'  
doesn't give you satisfactory results, then you have two options: a)  
zoom in to a smaller domain, or b) reduce the grid resolution. You can  
open a dummy data set and use lterp to implement (b) if changing the  
domain is not a viable option.
