[gradsusr] grads usage

Hi! I have downloaded grads in my laptop(hp dv6) with windows7 as operating system but it is not installed means when I pressed ENTER it is diappearing from the screen .Please mail me how to run grads under these conditions as it is very important to my research work....Thank you..
