Anybody else experiencing this problem? We have had about 1,600 downloads
for this release and this is the first time I hear about this problem;
unless issues like this get reported they cannot be fixed. At this point
I'll need more information to diagnose the problem as I am not able to
reproduce this problem on several Windows 7 machines I tried the
2.0.1.oga.1 superpack on. Please remember,

1) Make sure your Windows 7 firewall is not blocking the Xming application
(it should ask you if it is OK for it to run Xming, and you should say
"yes"). The is the most common problem.

2) Make sure your download is not corrupted. It is always a good idea to
re-download a fresh copy, re-install, and check whether the problem
persists.

3) I'll need the specific error message you got when it crashed. You may
need to start grads from the windows command line (cmd.exe) in order to see
the actual error message. When you start it from a the [Programs]
menu/Desktop the window closes before you can read what the error message.

4) If you believe Xming is the problem, start grads in batch mode ("grads
-b") and let me know if this works.

   Thank you,

      Arlindo
