[gradsusr] Opengrads in Windows 7

Hi Ali,

It is not windows7 problem. I think it has to do with GrADS. Same happened
to me so I switched back to version 2.0.a7.oga.1 and is working perfectly.
I pressume you are talking about version 2.0.1.oga.1-win32_supaerpack.exe.
