[gradsusr] Ploting

I had tried this but it does not work. but thanks a lot . I really
appreciate your help. data are in the format that i'd send you before. I
wrote exactly that data to the binary file. and the results was as you saw
before.

You are right, I've used TRMM . but I have used 5000 of them for
statistical calculations and I also have changed the resolutions from 4 km
to 0.25 degree. so I'd prefered to use MATLAB cause it's more handy with
the statistics than NCL. (It took me 30 days to finish the calculations .
Runtimes are about 30 hours each) I attached the output data so you can
take a look at them again. when I plot the data with MATLAB the plot looks
fine but I can not add political boundaries to it. I am trying to plot the
the data with GrADS so I can add the borders. but the results in GrADS
looks wierd, as you can see in "cloud water.jpg".
