<br>Dear Jayakrishnan<br><br>You are right, I've used TRMM . but I have used 5000 of them for statistical calculations and I also have changed the resolutions from 4 km to 0.25 degree. so I'd prefered to use MATLAB cause it's more handy with the statistics than NCL. (</font><font size="4">It took me 30 days to finish the calculations . Runtimes are about 30 hours each) </font><font size="4">I attached the output data so you can take a look at them again. when I plot the data with MATLAB the plot looks fine but I can not add political boundaries to it. I am trying to plot the the data with GrADS so I can add the borders. but the results in GrADS looks wierd, as you can see in "cloud water.jpg".</font><br>

Dear Alireza,<div> May I know which data you are going to plot inthe form HDF, so that I may help you if I have used the data. Is it TRMM data..?. HDF files can be plotted directly by NCL software and I am a little familiar with that. Best of Luck.<div>
