Tell me exactly how you installed it. Did you use the "recommended" or the
"classic" installation method" ? (The classic method is similar to COLA's
installation procedure). Do you have any of these environment variables
set: GS2UDXT, GADDIR, GASCRP?

Also, what is the grads version and platform.
