[gradsusr] OpenGrads Installation

I'm sure this has something to do with my installation...

when I try to do a 'gxyat' command from my linux user account, I get an
error saying 'Unknown Command: gxyat'.

When I try to run it from Root I get an error:

unable to locate ENDIF statement for the IF statement at line 303
