[gradsusr] Observations in BUFR format

Dear users:

I'm working wiht NCEP ADP Global Surface Observational Weather Data in BUFR
format. I've read that Grads is able to read this type of data but it's
needed to create a descriptor file to do it.
Please, Does anyone knows a script or a function to create that descriptor
file?
I`ve been very grateful if someone could say to me where I could find it and
how to use it to read the BUFR files.
