[gradsusr] Fractional months are ill-defined and not supported by GrADS

Hi

I did the following;

ga-> sdfopen monthly.clim90_2008a.nc 

AND got this message:

Scanning self-describing file:  monthly.clim90_2008a.nc
gadsdf: Fractional months are ill-defined and not supported by GrADS

How do I fix this  in GrADS v2.0.a8?
